I want to change / cancel my order.
If you would like to change or cancel your order then please let us know immediately.
We cannot cancel order for Balloons if they have already been inflated.
For personalised items, once we have printed your design this cannot be changed or cancelled.
When will my order be dispatched?
If your order has been placed before 2p.m. we will do everything we possibly can to dispatch the item/s the same day. (Mon - Fri)
Any order that is placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri Only)
Any orders that are placed after 2pm on Friday maybe dispatched same day or the next working day (Mon) depending on the time of year (e.g Christmas)
No orders will be processed on a Bank Holiday - these will be processed next working day
How long do I have to return an item?
For items that are NOT Personalised, Jewellery (for hygiene reasons) and Food you have 28 days to return the item/s, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
On the rare occasion, that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
