On the rare occasion you may wish to return an item, please email us to arrange: dawn@thecardpost.co.uk

If you wish to return any item* for a refund, the postage will be at the cost to you (the customer), unless the item is faulty. This must be in a re-saleable condition when received. Please note: all items are quality controlled checked before being dispatched. Once your item(s) have been received, we will process a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) back, this can take between 3-10 days to appear back in your account. The exact timing will depend on which payment platform processed your order and we do not have control over this.

* This policy excludes inflated helium filled balloons, opened balloon packaging, earrings and food items.

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

We are confident that you will love the products you have ordered, but on the rare occasion you are unhappy with a purchase, we will do our best to resolve any issues for you. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will authourise a refund. We will refund the amount back to the original source e.g debit card, credit card or Paypal.

THIS DOES NOT EFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
